The only major things left:
1. must finalize florist this week (picking between 3)
2. must get wedding bands
3. send out invites and keep track.

    Thanks Amshaw! They will be under an all lace dress and they match the bridesmaids dress color. They fit so well and are really comfortable. Have you gotten your shoes?

    We're getting two flavors (and I'm SO dissapointed I couldn't find the inspiration pic!): 
    - Vanilla cake w/white chocolate amaretto filling and vanilla buttercream
    - Chocolate cake w/chocolate mousse filling and chocolate buttercream

    The main cake will be the one w/vanilla frosting. It will have silver dragees on it with a concentration on top and an asymmetric pattern with less as you get near the bottom. It will have a light pink fondant ribbon and a pink peony sugar flower. I am SUPER excited about the cake. 

    That being said, we ended up going for a very small display cake (just 2 layers) and having sheet cake for the rest. It's saving us $300.

    Oh I forgot to mention...our baker is dusting it with edible sparkle "fairy dust" as she calls it. I think it's going to be very pretty!

    those sound good -  and sparkle dust does sound pretty, that's a really neat idea!

    I won't be wearing shoes since we'll be on the beach - maybe flip flops for when we are on the patio  Our cake is brownies and ice cream, we do this ourselves every few weeks and so thought it would be appropriate to have it as our dessert.

    I just noticed tomorrow will mark 2 months for you -- You must be excited!

    YUM. I want to come and have brownies, choc ganache, and ice cream!

    Sounds so awesome! I wanted to have a beach wedding, but unfortunately we couldn't find a rouge priest. :) 

    I know! Two months is CRAZY soon. Sometimes I'm overwhelmed when I think about it!
