I really appriciate being able to be a part of this board.  It may seem kind of silly, but my wedding in six weeks will be the first Catholic wedding I've ever been to, and it's been nice to be able to lurk. My parish's marriage prep did a lot as far as helping my FI and I prepare to be married, but it didn't do a whole lot as far as explaining the traditions and customs the day of. I have learned so much from you ladies that I wouldn't have known if I hadn't looked around here, so thanks for that.

    I LOVE this board...and I plan to stay ONboard even after my wedding is over (in just six short days!!!!). There are very few places outside of my home where I get to have Catholic conversations, and this board has just been such a blessing. Though I likely won't be on here much these last few days, I look forward to coming back and talking about all kinds of stuff.

    So welcome and yes, chat more!!!
