Timeline. . .  who all is suppose to have a copy of it?

    No, that's a great question...as far as I've thought of, just the caterer, DJ, photographer, DOC, maybe the parents? and WP?, yourself? I've been thinking of making a short version for just the family pictures we need to get because our extended family is ridiculous...soo many people.
    Anyone else think of people we've forgotten??

    I was trying to think of a way to get that across to all the people in my family. Maybe I can do this.
    I thought maybe the venue itself? I wasn't sure if maybe they might need one?

    Pretty much anyone who is having anything to do with your wedding.  This includes, but is not limited to vendors, WP, immidiate family.

    Our DOC gives a minute to minute schedule to the entire wedding party (including our parents).  She gives copies to vendors too, but those copies are specific to each vendor (DJ gets a copy that deals with his job, etc).

    I think it's helpful to keep everyone on the same page.

    That make sense to just give it to everyone I think needs it. Then have specifics for vendors.
