Reception Venues

Still looking at reception venues and so far they all have been perfect and beautiful but way too expensive....we have 3 kids under the age of 3 and just bought our first house.  IIs there a nice venue here in Vegas that would allow 20-25 people and under $2000?  TIA

    Thats just under $100 a head. Check out Little Buddha in the Palms where I had mine. Absolutely stunning decor, good value and delicious food and they bent over backwards to make sure we had a perfect event.

    They will definitely fall within your price range ($45 for 3 courses) and their open bar might even creep in under budget as well!

    Does it have to be $2000 total because that actually is closer to $78 to $62 per head when you figure in tax and tip.

    In suite is doable for that.  We are having an RD for 22 people for $750 (food), booze is another $250ish (6 bottles red, 6 bottles sparkling, 2 bottles white, 2 cases beer and soda).  My cake is another $65 (from Albertsons).

    One other note I would add --  can you have a lunch reception instead of a dinner one? That should knock off a few bucks and may just make some of those too expensive places suddenly affordable. I know it's not always a viable option, but if it is, I'd definitely look into it. It's what we did and it totally saved my wedding budget.

    Brunch and lunch is a good option. We had 21 guests for brunch. Food, alcohol, tax, and service charge came in under 2000.

    We used Mon Ami Gabi in Paris Hotel.
