Hi!

I am looking for a great salon/hair stylist in the Robinson or South Hills area to do my hair for my wedding.I'm thinking about getting it spiral curled and possibly half up. Please let me know the name of the salon and name of stylist if you have a recommendation. Thanks!!!!

    In the South Hills area I would recommend Geno Levi Salon on Rt. 19. They just moved to this new location actually. I had Daniel do a spiral curly down do with a poof on the top of my head. It looked great and the curls held twelve hours. He also new that the dress I planned on wearing with my hair was yellow and took the time to put some loose gold glitter flakes in my hair before I left.

    Caruso's in Bethel Park does AMAZING half-up, full up-do's and even short hair. Went there for a wedding I was in last year (along with the bride, the rest of the bridal party, and some family members of the bride) and we all came out with fantastic looking hair!  As for makeup, there's a girl at Dior in South Hills Village who did our makup for the same wedding...Hope...don't know if she's still there, but I honestly didn't know I could look as pretty as I did after she did my makeup. AND I woke up the next day and it was still all in place...it didn't move, smear or smudge :) Hope that helps! I know I plan on using both of them for my wedding!

    I'm from the South Hills, too!  I usually get my hair done at Alberta Modern Hair on Washinton Rd. in Mt. Lebanon.  I had just moved to the area a little over a year ago and now I'm obsessed with them.  I haven't talked to the girl that does my hair yet, but I'm HOPING I can schedule appointments in the morning of my wedding or, if she doesn't work on Saturdays, if she would be for hire to come to the hotel or if anybody there could do that.  I'm not kidding when I say I'm obsessed.
