Paradise Cove Weddings. What did you do with the sand area?

Try to get ideas for what to do with the extra sand area available at paradise cove orlando. Looked a a bunch of pictures online but dont see anyone utilizing this area. Thoughts?

My friend was married there and it was very beatiful. For the sand areas she did a bon fire which I think is already set up on the left side and by the shore line she did lounge chairs. In another sandy area she put a polaroid camera and in between two trees she hung string to hang the pictures that the guests took with colorful clothes pins. She also gave everyone flip flops to wear which was a good idea because I wore heels and they would sink in the sand.

Thanks for the input. The sand area im speaking of is right next to the covered area on the same side as the office. its big like a sand volleyball court .

I'm getting married there in March and hadn't really thought about what to do with the volleyball court area! I hadn't really planned on having them set up the volleyball net so I'm curious now what other people do with it! When is your wedding?
  • Kayli at the venue suggested renting lounge furniture from Suzanne NIchols- like a outdoor couch and and a couple chairs.
  • I like the idea of lounge furniture.  We are talking about putting 1 or 2 games of bean bag toss (cornhole) in this area and having the boards painted white and the bean bags in our wedding colors.
