10 days, seriously???

We got engaged in July of 2009 and wanted a long engagement.  I never really thought June 2011 would ever come and it's freaking here.  Not going to lie, I've gotten a little nauseous the past few days over the thought.  Not sure why, just have.  It seems so weird this is actually happening.

So, this past weekend, my upper back got covered in mosquito bites.  My dress is strapless.  Right now I'm hoping and praying they are all gone, red spots and everything for the wedding.

I also picked up my dress last night.  It fit fine last time, but now I can barely breathe in it.  I really do think I'm retaining water from the heat.  But, I'm gonna do everything I can to lose 3 pounds, at least, in the next.

Gotta go make my next list of stuff left to do yet!

Deep breathes! I felt the vomit urge the whole week before the wedding including the day of. Perfectly normal! Drink lots of water (I know, sounds silly when your trying to loose water weight) and avoid salt! Chinese food, fast food, etc. Your dress will be perfect and you will look beautiful. Grab some good cover up (cover girl makes a stick one that I used for a few blemishes) and you will be all set :o)

I totally understand. This time is insane for us because my parents and I (separately) have all been out of the country during the past three weeks. Now, we're all back, and my mom and grandmother are working to finish my dress (they're making it), finish the bridesmaid dresses (almost completely finished), and complete my veil. I've been working with the bubbles, the sparklers, the florist, the baker, the rental company, the photobooth company, trying to get my dad to call people, etc. Oh, and I'm packing to move to Athens after the wedding.

My stress level has been staying fairly low so far... I think it's because I know that at the end of the day, all that matters is that FI and I will be married. Plus, he's currently living in south eastern Ohio, so I haven't even seen him since May 21. Reeeeeally looking forward to when I get to see him again.

Yayyyy!  I'm sure the marks will go away in time.  The day before our wedding, I got bit on my arm and it seriously looked like I had a second elbow (I'm allergic to mosquitoes), but luckily it went away in time.  TMI probably, but I also got bit on my butt when I got out of the shower on the Friday before the wedding.  lol!

Try to enjoy this next week and a half!

Kelly that's so exciting (ok.. well not the mosquito bites or dress fitting issue but I'm sure that will all turn out just fine). I can't even imagine what it's going to be like when it gets that close (I'm giddy just thinking about it and we're still 2 months out!).

Everything will go great - everyone always says that in the last week/few days before the wedding you will be so busy and stressed you'll drop a few pounds. I'm sure you will look fabulous! How is your foot? I know it's been a while - are you going to be able to rock those awesome shoes you got??
