Bordom thread...

What is everyone up to today? I was just thinking about what the hell I am going to do with the left over wedding jams I have. There is seriously only so much jam a girl can eat, you know. Also, we've already started eating the wedding cake that we were supposed to save for our one year. We just couldn't eat year old cake. Also, there is no room in the freezer. I'm being really random today.

amh... Champagne Jam! It's super yummy.

Yeah... even after less than a month, I am feeling like we need to eat this cake QUICK. It's too yummy to waste.

Mel - People on facebook have been annoying the beegeez out of me lately. I find myself kind of just staying away from it to avoid it all.

Cab - Lol! Exactly! The top tier was my favorite choice that we picked.. so its going to be hard not to eat it. We'll see how long we last. Hopefully I can just pack it up really well and stick it towards the bottom of the freezer and hide it with veggies.

We saved our cake! It was yummy a year later, too. We wrapped it up in saran wrap and foil several times, then put it in a big ziplock bag. We transported it in a cooler during a PCS and had a hurricane that made us lose power for 24 hours, and it was still good

I'm bored today too. Oh and we still have leftover mini bottles of wine we gave away as favors. I don't see those ever being gone.

Cab, I'll totally send you a check for shipping (or PayPal?) if you wanted to ship a few of those my way!!!

I don't know if we're doing favors. If we do, it'll be Georgetown Cupcakes, and those will DEFINITELY be gone (or if not, then thrown away within a day or two). We're not having any cake.

I just put my cousin's baby down for his nap. Getting him to sleep was a challenge since he has teeth coming in. I thought I was never going to be able to make him happy.

Yummm wine. Those wouldn't last long in my house.

I'm currently on the hunt for a new yoga stuido. I'm trying to find one in the area for hot yoga classes and I've only found 2. 1 an hour away, and 1 30-45 minutes away. Boo. I used to go 3-4 times a week back home and miss it a lot.

I just bought an unlimited package for a studio here. They had a new year sale going on. Yoga is so good for the soul :) I didn't get really into until right before the wedding and now I'm hooked.

I'm bored at work. It's not even lunch yet and I feel like I've worked so much today. I'm excited to get together with my cousin and friend after work and make dinner and talk over cheesecake and coffee.

I just had lunch and I totally over ate. I'm so full and I hate myself now. Especially since I have gained all my weight back that I was hoping to keep off for the wedding.

Oh well, diet pills here I come!

Oh man I had brown butter pasta with mizithra cheese for lunch. I NEED TO HUNT DOWN MIZITHRA CHEESE. I have no clue where they sell this amazing stuff!

CAB- I want some jam too!! Also, I got my birchbox today!! So exciting!!!

As for me.. I went to Urgent Care today, and I have the flu & a upper respiratory infection! Go Me!! anyway.. I'm in bed for today & I'm going to make an appearance at school tomorrow but other than that.. I'm down for the count until Sunday.. Doctor's orders..

Ok, so I am getting you each 3 jars. That should cover my excess! LOL! Unless of course, I find more at my moms house, which is very likely. H told me he hid some of the jams from me so that I didn't give them all away LMAO so I have 10. I will probably ship them tomorrow or Friday. Sami, FB or PM the address please. They have that kind of pasta at The Old Spaghetti Factory. I am so addicted, but I want to make it at home now. It's so easy!

STFU. I'm pretty sure I had the same pasta as you last Friday. I went to the Old Spaghetti Factory and had a brown whatever butter pasta. It was SOOO good.
