Need opinions please!

Hi girls, hoping you can help me decide which brooch/pin to attach to side (hip area) of my dress. Below is a pic of a dress that is similar to mine - very simple and white and 2 flowers that I am interested in but can't decide. I'm also planning to pin a flower in my hair (orchid/lily) so I'm not sure if it's going to be too much...let me know! Thanks

Beautiful dress by the way, I think that the first flower is a little less formal than the second, so it depends on what kind of an overall look are you going for. I can see the first flower for a daytime beach ceremony, whereas the second is more of a sunset ceremony in front of a flower covered arch.

I vote for either #2 or no flower at all. #1 looks too flimsy / casual -- more like a flower from a party lei. I really like #2 with a lighter colored / sparklier middle.

If you are considering no flower at all, I think it would also look great. I think your dress is stunning, and personally, I wouldn't want to hide amazing curves by adding volume in the hip / waist area.

Thanks girls! I would prefer no flower as well...but there was an applique on it that I had removed because I wasn't very fond of it. So because of that, I have to cover up the small marks it left behind with something. Our wedding is pretty casual during sunset...but I agree that the first flower is more informal while the 2nd one adds a bit more pizzaz...if only I could see these in person

I think #2 is better. I bought my hair flower from this etsy seller, but I'm sure she could make it into a brooch for you as well. She has a variety of flowers for around the same price as the ones you listed.
