  I'm using him for my wedding.  The reviews are decent.  He is cheap and like you I didn't want to spend a lot of money.  He has been great to work with so far.  He is easy to get a-hold of and very easy to talk to.

  I booked him. He's a very pleasant person to work with so far over email and phone conversations. I can't wait to meet him!
