transportation and hours

hello!

does anyone have recs on transportation that offers hours collectively insteda of consecutively? having trouble finding this type of arrangement. everywhere i've looked so far only offers consecutive hours w/a three-hour minimum, which doesn't really help much since I'm only looking for RT transportation from the hotel to the venue, which is only about a 20min drive each way!

Thanks in advance!

I ask because if for you, and you don't need a limo, company's may allow you for drop off / pick up service using a town car. Shuttle companies may allow you to split the night into a three hour window drop off / pick up. But still would probably be three hours early, three hours late. But may not require you the whole "sit in the parking lot and wait" scenario.

But, to my knowledge, you aren't going to find a company who is open to 20 minutes for a limo in the early afternoon. half hour for a shuttle bus in the evening. If your wedding is far away from the "normal" hours, you might find a  company willing to pick up a few bucks at the end of the night if you are much later than normal, or if your wedding is much earlier than normal, you might find a limo, who i8s will willing to work with you. But only if they already have a "full wedding event (or prom event) scheduled and will be done with them before they need to get yuort guests. Or can take carte of you before they are needed for the other event.

Not sure if that helps, but because weddings take up so much of a saturday, they probably won't. "give up" their cars for an hour or two, when they can "sell" the whole day to another bride.

If you are willing to use a town car (lincoln) for you , you might be in luck. But the shuttling of guests uses a lot of time, so that's why most have that three hour window.

    Sorry, I'm not much help!

I am using peter pan bus company for my guest shuttles. I gave them the time to pick up the guests and drop them off at the end of the night and they gave me a price. I booked them for 6.5 hours for $725. This includes two trips to pick guests up and two trip to drop guests off.
