Oceanview venue in NorCal?

Does anyone have any good recommendations on a venue in NorCal with a nice ocean view for an outside ceremony that isn't really expensive?  I was considering Seascape, but am just looking to compare and see if there is anything I'm missing. We're looking at August 2011 for about 60 guests.

    Are you looking for ceremony only? Our ceremony is at Lighthouse Point in Santa Cruz, which can be reserved through the city. Reception is at Michael's on Main in Soquel. It's this Saturday so I'll have pictures to share soon!

    We also strongly considered Pajaro Dunes near Watsonville. It's a condo community... you can have your ceremony on the beach, then the reception at their conference room or the deck outside of it.

    There are also a few hotels in Monterey and some restaurants in SF that are often recommended.

    A really great spot is Lover's Point in Monterrey, CA. Great view of the ocean and Monterrey is a really nice city as well.
