Reception Venues

Does anyone know anything about either the Manor House in Mason OH or the Orrmont Estate in Piqua OH?
Thanks!

I went and got a tour at the Manor House in Mason and it was a beautiful venue.  Prices were to steep for me though.  You should go and see it for yourself if you are seriously interested.  Good Luck!

I just toured the Manor House last week and it is beautiful! It is a bit pricy.  The dates fill up quickly, the dates I wanted in September 2012 were already filled. Also, Friday weddings there are much cheaper!

The Manor House is beautiful, but they charge extra for EVERYTHING, unless it has changed since we toured there back in September.

We are having our ceremony and reception at the Manor House. We both fell in love with the place and kept compairing it to all the places we went to afterwards. They are a bit pricey, but fh didnt want anything inside Cincinnati city limits, and our guests are coming from all corners of Cincinnati. Katiebean- what is your wedding date, and when did you go to look at it?

I am having my wedding ceremony and reception at Manor House in September. Couldn't be happier.  It is by far the most beautiful site that we visited (we toured 8 sites!). The ceremony site is just as gorgeous as the reception space.  The cermeony fee is on the pricey side -- but the convenience is worth it!  Dates do book extremely fast, so consider a Friday or Sunday if possible.

We just got married at the Manor House on July 3rd.  It was fantastic, and we seriously didn't worry about a thing.  That was the big thing for us--neither H or I has a lot of free time to do a lot of DIY, and we didn't really want to worry about set up or tear down, and everything was taken care of for us there.  Also, once we made the final count and payments, it wasn't as bad as I was afraid it would be, and it was 100% worth it.  If you want to know more specifics, I'm happy to answer them.  Just PM me. :)
