I am SUPER EXCITED and all of this was a blessing in disguise. I want to thank all of you for your recommendations, T&P and vibes. I actually stepped out on faith and called the Roostertail.....(that's right, THE ROOSTERTAIL) which is the first place we looked at but thought we could not afford.....WELL, they still had not booked the room that would accommodate us, and they said they could work with our budget YIPPEE!!!! I am super excited and now can have an even MORE awesome wedding reception for the same price!!!

Ooooh Teshia, I'm SO excited for you! The Roostertail is fabulous, and yes, often things do work out for the best.

I think the fact that you had a "sad sack" story about your plans being up-ended with the Omni must have made them feel like they needed to be good citizens of Detroit.
