    To update:
    I just got off the phone with DB and they ordered me a new dress. The same exact dress and they are shipping it to the store.
    Still pissed, but getting over it.

    I'm sorry you had such a bad experience.  I got my dress at DB (mansfield) and I had the best experience.  I went to a few other places and the sales people weren't near as nice and helpful as they were at DB.
