Alteration Prices

I am looking at bridesmaid dresses and while looking at prices it occurred to me that I need to look at typical alterations pricing. I am getting estimates of about $100.

How much did you/your bridesmaids pay?

    I paid $175 for my wedding gown--changed neckline from straps to sweetheart and strapless, hemmed, bustle and cups sewn in.

    I've paid about $65 for BM dress alterations in the past. I'm not sure how much my BM's are paying, I didn't ask.

    It should depend on what alterations are needed.

    That being said, I had my wedding dress alterations done by Sue's Bridal Alterations in Napervillle. Her pricing is very fair and her work is really good.
