I posted a week or so ago about being a lazy pile and not getting back in shape even though I know I'm perfectly capable of it...
So, all this week I've been working out at least 30 minutes a day, running at least 2 miles (up to 2 3/4ths) and not eating more than 1,200 net calories. I've already dropped a couple pounds. Gotta stick to it!
Thanks for reminding me that I just need to get up and do the work.
