  how many of what luvie?  that looks like peonies, roses, I can't remember what the grape looking buds are called and carnations.  
  
  in any case I would start with filler flowers as they're cheaper, then roses (looks like a dozen easily) and finally the largest flower (looks like there might be a dozen of those too, including the ones I assume are there but can't see).    can you hold auditions with a bunch from the grocery store?

  I think those little green things are my CRAP! lol!!! check out CRASPEDIA, billy buttons, and there's something else they're called. They come yellow but you can spray paint them. I spray painted mine burgundy.

  I'm not sure how many flowers you'll need, but are you going to do a bouquet toss? You could possibly do a "trial run" using fake flowers so you'll know exactly how much of what you'll need, and then, use the fake bouquet as your toss- then it won't seem to go to waste.
