Pittsburgh food trucks

I am doing one of the no-no's in the wedding world and having a 3 hour break between ceremony and reception.  My ceremony is at 12:30 at Heinz Chapel and we are having a dinner reception also in Oakland.  Since the wedding takes place during "lunch time"  and it will be a few hours until the dinner is served I was considering getting a food truck to pull up by Heinz Chapel and provide to my guests.  I live in Washington DC and we have at least 50 different trucks and most provide  really great- gourmet food items. So I am not thinking of hot dogs or egg sandwiches. I am thinking something sweet like gourmet popsicles or  fancy icecream/ popcorn/other fun treat.  Does such a thing exist in Pittsburgh? Any ideas?

also if anyone has a favorite lunch place in Oakland recommendatiosn are appreciated.  We plan on giving our guests a list of things to do in Oakland during the break although most have said they will go back to the hotel and disco nap.
