Sent out 84 invites 1st week of June, rsvp deadline is 7/31. I have only received 30 back. I have not even gotten a single one in the past 10 days!!!

Anxietly waiting... my favorite thing to do lately is get my mail but I just don't seem to be getting any back anymore. Do people really just wait until the very last minute?

    yes, yes, and yes =)  its so much fun, right?  i know from planning other wedding events as a BM that their tends to be an influx of RSVP's sent to you the day they are due.

    They still have a bit of time but yeah, people will wait until the last minute. In my case, I'd rather them wait and be sure they can make the trip to FL than to say yes and then change their minds!

    I went home at lunch to check (ahem: stalk) my mail for rsvp's and I've come to a conclusion. People who want to attend send their cards back. People who can't attend for whatever reason hold onto their rsvps. Now, this is not scientific or all-encompassing. I'm just getting a whole lot of "yeses". LOL
