  Highly recommend Suzanne Bellanger at Bella Floral Design.  We used her for our wedding and absolutely loved our flowers (pics and reviews in bio if you're interested).  She used to be in West Roxbury but she's on the south shore now (Randolph maybe?).  You should definitely check her out!

  We just booked Barry's Flower Shop in Braintree for our June wedding. Their customer service is excellent, and they're very good at working within a budget.

  I will be doing reviews later this week (hopefully!) but I cannot say enough great things about Suzanne and Bella Floral.  She helped make our wedding magical...and her costs are very reasonable!

  I would recommend Flowers By Val. Valerie is a pleasure to work with, specializes in working in certain budgets, has over 10 years experience AND she has NO hidden fees (no setup fee at all!!) Her delivery fee is miniscule compared to most and she may not even charge you.
