Floral Design Classes

Hi Knotties...

I'm from the Dallas Knottie Board and was wondering if anyone here might know...

My aunt lives in Austin and I would like to send her to a floral class since she will be doing the flowers for my wedding.  Do you guys know of any floral design classes in Austin that are reasonably priced?

In Fort Worth, for example, we have The Connection Florist that holds a 3-hour on Sunday course for $45 and they show you how to make a wedding bouquet, boutineers, and centerpieces... and this price includes supplies, etc...

    ACC has some classes but I think they are from semester to semester.  Blossom at Blossom's Floral Artistry also has a DIY package that she offers to clients who are thinking of doing their own flowers.
