Accountability - Monday

Sorry there was no accountability post on Friday ladies. I was home sick from work and still don't have working internet at home.

How was your weekend? Any goals hit? Any good reports? What are you wanting to work on this week?

I didn't eat the best (we had out tasting) but didn't eat bad either... we did do a lot of walking this weekend.

  • Last week FH was away so I ate well and was productive. I only ate out once with friends we usually eat out at least 3 days a week and I went to the gym twice. My goals for this week are to: Eat out no more than 2 days Go to the gym at least 3 days Do an excercise video at least 2 other days Get breakfast and lunch out at work no more than 1 day each I am hoping I have lost at least another pound this week. I do my weight check Wednesday or Thursday. I really want to lose at least 12 more pounds before the wedding. It will be hard but may be possible.

  • FI and I went to the gym Friday.  Saturday we went for a bike ride.  Then yesterday we ate like crap.  We were doing a video shoot with his brother and GF, and we all had ice cream and pie.  Back to the gym tonight (it's too hot to do anything outside), and thankfully the pie is gone.

  • I decided to let my guard down and have some wine on Saturday. Everyone at the cottage drinks all the time and i feel like a loser not joining them because I just don't like how i feel after drinking (and it hurts my workouts). BUT this weekend, I wanted to relax, so I had a few glasses of wine. Each glass I had, I drank a glass of water in between, and I still ate well (but had extra treats) and exercised, BUT I am still recuperating! It's crazy! I wasnt' drunk or anything but it really slows me down and I feel like poo for days afterwards. It's so frustrating because i see people drink and eat crap all the time and they are fine... and then there's me who is so healthy and one little slip and I pay for it big time.

    Anyhoo... detox this week lol. I did my spin class at lunch which felt great. It feels good to eat clean without alcohol too...
