Monday Accountability and Weigh In

We still haven’t gotten a new scale yet, but I think I’ve lost at least a pound.

E: Hopefully 30 minutes of cardio…I’m babysitting tonight, so I’m not sure if I’ll have time.

    I haven't weighed myself in a while, but I can definitely tell my stomach has gone down :)

  • I got on the scale this morning and it said I was down 5 pounds.....uh, I wish, but not after yesterdays pizza!  I keep losing and gaining the same 2 poumds.  My eating has gotten better, but I'm not sticking to the exercise.  I'm using myfitnesspal and put in what I'm going to eat today and 30 minutes of ellliptical that I plan to do tonight.  It said if I do that every day for 5 weeks, I'd lose about 10 pounds!  I HAVE to stick with it1

  • Still not feeling well. Stayed home from work today.

    I haven't really eaten anything since Friday evening, so the scale better be going down. I'll weigh myself tomorrow and see.

  • Just now starting to post this on here so I will go by what I have lost since the surgery. My goal is to lose a total of 100-120lbs. I am almost there...

    Starting Weight: 251 (pre-surgery)

    Current Weight:170

    Weight Loss to Date: 81lbs.
    How much more to go: 20-40lbs.

    B: Bagel w/cream cheese
    L: Greek Yogurt-peach flavor
    D: 1 small pork chop w/1 cup squash
    S: 1/4c. trail mix & 1pc. string cheese

    E: 1 hour Curves Circut workout and 30 minutes Wii Fit exercises.
