Alexandria Hair & Makeup

Hi everyone - I am getting married in Alexandria (Old Town) next month.  I am looking for a salon for hair and makeup.  I would like a place that can accommodate myself, three bridesmaids and my mom... I realize this is a tall order a month out.   Can anyone make any suggestions?

    My wedding is not until next year but I plan on using Glynn Jones Salon on King Street.  I already have my hair cut there  so my regular stylist will be doing my hair.  They also do makeup.

    Maybe give them a call and inquire about next month?  It's a great salon and has spa services as well upstairs.

    I would not suggest Carla Calderon at PR Partners in Old Town. I loved my hair trial and was less than impressed the day-of, with both my hair and all the BMs.

    I'm getting married in Old Town in October and am taking my bridal party to Lorraine Aprile salon just off of King St. They are going to be able to accomodate all of us at once. They have been very responsive and patient with me in figuring out hair and make-up for multiple people. My trial went well and I felt like they really listened to me. Also their prices are much better than what I found elsewhere. Plus, it's a really cute place!  Good luck!
