Beach wedding around Boston, MA

I'm trying to get some information on specific venues that offer ceremonies on the beach around the Cape or around Boston/Coastal MA..  If anyone could give me any tips, I would really appreciate it!  We just got engaged and I'm really hoping for this coming September or August!!

    Bayside in Nahant
    Oceanview in Nahant
    The Tavern in Gloucester
    Dorchester yacht Club
    Winthrop Yacht Club
    The Elks Club Gloucester

    I know there are a ton more.  The ones I've listed are either on the beach or within a block or two from a beach.  So I'm not 100% on the ceremonies. 

    My cousin had a beautiful wedding at the Tavern, with Vinwood catering and a wedding on the beach in a private area on the water.

    I looked at the Bayside and Oceanview in Nahant (well outside at least ;) ) These places are literaly right on the ocean/beach.
