Eco-friendly Invitations

I found this green wedding event that looks fun!  Has anyone heard of Copper Willow?  I'm thinking of using them now, but would love some feedback.

Anyways, thought I'd spread the word for anyone planning a wedding soon.

I'm trying to plan my wedding to be more eco-friendly.  I'm hoping this event will give me some good ideas.

Let me know if anyone is interested in going.  I'd love to meet some other bride-to-bes there and maybe share some tips!

    Hey,
I am trying to be eco friendly too--just FYI, my florist Bride and Bloom Flowers offers eco flowers and I know of a caterer Fresh Foods Cafe that can use organic ingredients (but we are using the caterer at our venue instead).  Good Luck!

Call me crazy, but I think if someone really wanted to be eco-friendly for their invites, they would send evites.

Curly Girly you have a good point....invites do use a lot of paper (even if it is recycled) and energy (mail trucks or planes), but that said, I just can't come to terms with evites for my wedding.

I looked at the Copper Willow website, and I thought the invitations were incredibly expensive!

You might want to check out the eco offerings at invitesite.com
They also have a showroom in Pasadena.
