  How large? Most places will have dresses, they just won't fit and will have to be clipped into place. I want to the Gown Gallery and am a size 14. just bordering on the edge of being in a plus size, and I was trying on size 6 and 8 dresses. No dress shop will carry dresses in all sizes, but they should have some things you can try on, and then order in your own size. To avoid rude salespeople go to an upper class dress shop like Gown Gallery. David's Bridal for example they push you in and out and the dressing rooms are soooo tiny! Gown Gallery you have a large room to change in.

   in lee's summit.. there's a place call bridal solutions. they had bigger sizes  while trying on i did see any under a 10

  bridal solutions is good place and they do have bigger size up to a size 26.

  I had a great experience at Alfred Angelo (though the store I went to was in Austin, Texas). They were very helpful and very nice. I do suggest making an appointment, wherever you go, as you're much more likely to be treated well if you have an appointment.
