    I know but she should have at least gotten the child abuse charge. People go to jail for leaving their pets alone for more then a day shouldn't not reporting ur kid missing for 31 days be punishable!? Then to top it off she went clubbing and partying during that time like she didn't have a care in the world...its disgusting.

    She's disgusting, but they never presented any evidence, other than circumstantial and guessing, that she had anything to do with her daughter's death.

    it makes me sick to my stomach. she should have gotten the child abuse charge if nothing else. and IMO you are guilty of manslaughter if you let you child out of your sight and anything happens to it. ITS YOUR FAULT.

    You have the first part right.  There is not enough evidence.  But the state did not do a terrible job.  They did the best the could given the evidence.
