In the interest of stirring up the board a bit....

How can this dress have both the most fabric I've ever seen on a gown and be the most see-through? (From tackyweddings.com)

    I'm sorry, but this is exactly what I think of every Patina gown they show on SYTTD.

    I totally agree! Well, those corset ones that are sheer? Everytime I think "are you SERIOUSLY going to wear that on your wedding day?" SO FUGLY and trashy

    That crown/veil is pretty craptacular!

    I don't think there's a word that's severe enough to describe that horrible dress.

    Actually that looks a lot like my dress..

    Finished BC and not preventing since June 2010.
    Actively trying for baby #1 since July 2011.
    SA completed 5/29/2012. No sperm found.
    11/12: Dx: Congenital Bilateral Absense of the Vas Deferens.
    Genetic Testing needed as this is a mutation of Cystic Fibrosis.
    IVF #1 with ICSI planned for 2013.
    PAIF/SAIF welcome!

    OMG I just realized the bridemaids dresses have a similar design but in turqouse. I would be pretty upset if I had a trashy friend that made me buy a dress that looked liked that!

    That has to be a joke dress, doesn' it??  The corsets on both the BM and bride's dress have heart shapes on them that cover the boobs then point right to her lady parts!!  LOL I'm trying to think of what bride would have the money to spend on what looks to maybe be an expensive dress, yet have it designed so hideously!  The only thing I can come up with is that she's the heir to Chik-Fil-A.

    I think the designer you're thinking of is Pnina.  And sadly, those aren't joke dresses.  They're very expensive dresses.

    LOL.. *sigh of relief* Thankfully it seems like most of the people that buy those dresses (at least on SYTTD) are east-coasters who seem to think that the $10,000 price tag ensures classiness..
