Tasting at Cantigny?

Hi all - quick question for those of you who have/will be hosting your reception at Cantigny...

For the tasting, we were told to select two entrees. What if we end up not liking either? Will they do another tasting? Is this standard for country club-like venues?

I'm not that concerned, but my fiance is VERY worried since he thought we would get to sample a larger variety. I just hope we like what we try the first time, since it's not that convenient for us to get out to the 'burbs after work! :)

    I just checked my email and I was allowed to taste 4 entrees at our tasting (though they did not make one for us at that time, but did make it later).

    Make sure you specifically ask what is in it if you have any issues, as one of the entrees had bacon in it even though we had made it clear time and time again we were Jewish. Bacon was not listed anywhere on their listing.

    Everyone raved at our wedding about the salmon and tilapia.
