Yay 7 months to go!! Planning is going well for me....but I'm starting to get overwhelmed as well. Getting a bunch of things accomplished however I feel like there is always something still left to do!

Since saturday I have purchased my bridal jewelry, headband and veil, finished designing save the dates and ordered a sample, designed and ordered our postage for save the dates, went bridesmaid dress shopping, scheduled additional bridesmaid appointments as we did not find a dress, ordered our cake serving set, purchased cute lighted candy decorations for our candy bar, booked our honeymoon suite for the night of our wedding, set up two hotel blocks for our guests and finished our wedding website.

Geez, when I write it all out its hard to believe I did all of that in 4 days and still feel stressed about planning!

I feel way behind, but thinking about it I guess I am doing okay. We go for a cake tasting tomorrow. and thats the last "big" item. Now its down to mostly little details and paying off things. Though I am having issues with color. Our colors are red and white. The red I want is a brighter red,(I consider it a Valentines day red.) My mom and I got chair covers and sashes while at a bridal show. Someone had a really good deal but then going for BM dresses, the color is sooo off from the colors most places have, I'm rethinking where we are renting from and looking into other places. Though that means I'll have to pay more!! PIA!! Never thought the color would be my biggest problem lol. YAY, 7 MONTHS!!!

I understand that your colors are red & white how about doing black chair sashes and napkins or are they already in your possession? Also, with it being in a hall I dont think anyone will notice the shade difference as lights are low, people will be drinking so you might be OK.

I am so glad that I am NOT the only one stressing

Girls got measured for their dresses last weekend and we booked the florist. The 25th we meet with the pastor and finalize our ceremony, March 2nd I turn "30"!!! 3-10 we have our cake tasting. oh and we need to start our registries by the beg of March so my mom and granny can order the invites.
Oh I have my wedding shoes!!!!

I'm somewhat stressed but today I'm just happy! I can't believe that we're seven months away. I'm taking today off from wedding planning to just enjoy being engaged!

I'm a 9.8.12 Bride too! I am excited and starting to feel the stress coming on!

We have a lot done, all of the main vendors and things booked, it is just getting all of the details and things in place that are the most tedious.

Congrats to all, 7 more months!

I thought about throwing in black. but I really like just the red and white. I don't mind the shade being a little off, but the color red we got is nowhere near the colors for bm dresses. I found one place by us but their bm dresses are really pricey. (no we dont have them physically just picked out with the rental company) so at least I can change the sashes or dresses if need be. Just causing more of a headache then I thought.

My wedding planning has recently taken a slight hold. I have all the large stuff planned and that's good. Right now I want to figure out what I plan to do with the bridesmaids for flowers and how I am going to word the invitations. I am also wanting to finalize the menu.
