Can you tell me who you used/are using? Also a ballpark of rates?

We used Montoto Productions - they are based in Baton Rouge, but travel to N.O. too. We are super happy with everything. We only decided 3 weeks ahead of the wedding that we wanted a videographer and Stephen and his team were fantastic. On time, professional and the preview video is fantastic with reasonable prices (see packages on website below). They are also willing to work with you to customize your package for your needs. We used Bride Film. Chris Serio and his team have been quick and accommodating. Most importantly, though, we love the footage. Their website is www.bridefilm.com and package prices can be found under the "what we offer" tab.
In hindsight and now that we have our videos, adding a videographer was one of the best decisions we made. I can't express how grateful we are to be able to go back and watch the footage!

I'm using Chad Dyle at Dyle Films ( http://www.dylefilms.com/). He offers mostly a la carte, which I liked. He's probably on the upper end of the price ranges, but his work is breathtaking! I cry when I see some of his videos and I don't even know the people!

Can't wait to see how mine turn out.
