Hey Knotties!
I just want you all to know that I used Rudy's Strudel and Bakery in Parma, Ohio for my wedding cake and it was great! They were so wonderful when we went in for our tastings and the cake was good!
We had a wedding cake and a grooms cake, I showed them pictures of the cakes I wanted and they made both a reality. It was exactly what I wanted. I was so happy!
So, if you are undecided I would check them out. They were the best price around too. I called many places and no one could match their prices.
We had frozen the groomscake and ate part of it last night (almost 3 weeks later) and it still tasted great, I have high hopes for our top layer!
