What are the top 3 things you like to do with FI? (Keep it clean, please!)

1. Cook/Eat- we both love food and love to cook. Sharing the kitchen together and enjoying each other's delicious creations is always fun

2. Work out- (Because our #1 fav thing is eating. lol) Kev is my best motivator. I always want o beat him at everything. He makes me run faster, lift more, push myself farther. I am very competitive and I love that he brings out that side of me.

3. Play cards/games- we are both big kids and we love playing any kind of game... rummy, cribbage, board games, etc. Always fun... and we usualy bet something... umm... totally PG13 on the games.

1. Camping/Hiking/Taking Walks. We try to go camping once during the summer. But, especially during the nice weather, we go out to various parks and walk around.

2. Video games. We pick up a lot of the multiplayer games, such as the lego games. Oh, and we are awesome at Left for Dead.

3. Visit wineries. Another nice weather thing, but we try to talk a lot of day trips and visit some wineries in the finger lakes. In fact, last summer we went camping and visited wineries - best of both.

1. Travel-every chance we get, we plan a vacation!

2. Cook/Eat (stolen from Monica)- dinner is our chance to cook together and talk without any stress!

3. Going out-we usually meet up with friends on the weekends, but I love wandering off and hanging out by ourselfs for a little bit while we are out.

1. Drive - We usually have to drive for a few hours each weekend. We get to catch up and listen to loud music. It's my favorite place to be.

2. Go out to fancy dinners - We usually only get to do this a couple times a year, but we're both big foodies. Plus I love it when we get to dress up a little.

3. Work - I know this sounds weird. Our second job is doing live audio for bands/ festivals/ etc. My FI has been doing it for 10+ years, and I love watching him do what he loves!

1. Go out to dinner! We love going to all kinds of places, but haven't done so much since grad school started.

2. Take walks. When we lived in NYC, we would always take walks around his neighborhood. Now that we're here, we take walks by all the pretty upstate scenery.

3. Lazy mornings. On weekends, we will often spend hours in bed just talking and cuddling. I never want to get up! But when we do, FI cooks eggs, bacon and toast for us.

1) Cuddle. It sounds cheezy but my favorite part of the day is when his alarm goes off the first time and he rolls over holds my hand and and wraps the other around me. It gives me butterflies!

2) Go to Onondaga Lake Parkway. Unfortunately we cant do it so much in the winter, but during the summer we'll go and walk, rollerblade, or bike ride and its just fun. We talk, laugh, get to know each other. Its always a blast.

3) Eat ice cream! Yeah we're ice cream whores. No matter what time of year. We'll either go to a near by ice cream place and sit outside talking or we'll buy all the toppings for a sundae and pig out. Mmm

1. Shop (really, he loves shopping) He loves going to the outlet mall and we go to Syracuse occasionally.
2. Go hiking/walking/jogging/ride bikes together. Especially in the spring and summer. We have a park near by and we'll go up there and walk/jog laps.
3. Traveling to different cities to watch baseball (I actually got him traveling) He never really traveled anywhere until he met me.

1. Playing with the dogs. Our dogs are our children, and the 2 of us and 2 of them are a happy littl family. Wether its on the weekend when we let them in bed to cuddle or out and about on a walk in the neighborhood or takign them to swim we have fun and they are constant entertainment. "My" dog hasn't ever taken to anyone else like Al, hes definitely a mammas boy but he LOVES Al. When we were tryign to fidn a swissy it was such a process and we finally found a breeder we loved and they were 4+ hours away so we had a lot of tiem and miles invested in her before she was even born, then at 3 weeks her leg was crushed when mamma dog stepped on it, and we didnt know if we would get her, it was a hard time we bonded over. And training and dealing with a 60 lb puppy had been a good excercise in patience and (I think) somewhat of preactice for babies.

2. Going out to eat. We work opposite shifts so we dotn ever eat dinner together at home, on teh weekends we try to do one "nce dinner" regardless of where we are. Its our thing we make that one meal everyweek like its a grand celebration.
We're both foodies and winos and we like to take our time and enjoy a meal and some wine and conversation and a nice atmosphere. A good change frompizza break while working on the house or grab and go while on the road since we never seem to stay home.

3. Road tripping/ Visiting friends and family. We are serious weekend warriors, lucky to have one full weekend at hoem every month. But as stressful and crazy as constant travelign is we get up close personal quality time together in the car. We get to be there for each otherand everyone we love and see alot of great places. We've been to a dozen weddings in the last year or two and we both have friends and family in some great places which keeps life itneresting!
