  So wish we had good options for this in DFW!! I was in Austin last week and we hunted down all the great food trucks...good luck!

  Green House Food Truck has excellent food. I first had it ate a catered park cities open house and it excellent. I believe they have a few stops around town where they park during the week, but it seems like the bulk of their business is catering.

  If you are on the Fort Worth side, you might check out the Fortworthology blog (http://fortworthology.com/). Its about urbanism and I remember a few posts about food trucks, especially around Super Bowl time. He might have listed specific vendors in those posts.
