Attention!! All brides that used/are going to use photographer Jen MacPherson!!

Ladies! I'm in need of some help. A few other new brides and I are looking to contact Jen MacPherson, as we are having major issues with communication with her. Anyone recently been in contact with Jen? Meetings with her recently or coming up? Many emails and calls/voicemails are not being returned. It's as though she's fallen off the face of the Earth. Any information at all is greatly appreciated!!

    I heard somewhere that she is living in NYC, and that she has had at least a few brides that she either didn't show up for, or took off without giving couples their pics.

    I know Jen thru one of her family members.  I've messaged her on Facebook (no response yet) and her family member gave her a call for me.   Haven't heard back.

    I will let you know as soon as I hear anything.

    I originally had Jen booked for my wedding and she did my engagement photos...then 2 months before my wedding I could not get a hold of her and she would not respond to my emails/phone calls....I then i called her back to tell her I would no longer be using her services...then she called back 3 days later.  I decided to not take the risk and it was the best decision I made for my wedding. Instead, I hired Plum Soda Productions instead as they had my date open and they were fantastic!!

    It was supposed to take 8 weeks and it took 12 weeks to get them....and after 8 weeks went by, i had to email several times to find out when i would receive them. I jsut didn't feel like I was getting what I was promised...if it was going to take 12 weeks..that's fine..a simple email would do...but the lack of comunication and all the excuses we heard was enough...we were much happier when we hired people who wanted to do our photos:)

    I've been waiting since July, 2. Don't have anything from her at all and at this point i'm not anticipating that i ever will. And she was in NY State (western) when i hired her. I'd settle for unfinished work at this point. At least i'd have something from the one day that you can never recreate.
