Seventh Anniversary 5000 Comments 5 Love Its Combo Breaker

No question of the day today but I would like everyone to keep Japan and the 20 other countries that are under the Tsunami warning in their thoughts and prayers today.  If you don't know what I'm talking about just turn on the tv, it's all over the news.

    Yeah I heard about that and am praying for them.  So scary.  Can't imagine if we had one like that here...

    They are definately in my prayers.  We're flying to Maui on Sunday for the wedding and I hope the people on all the islands are ok.  Just devistating and it does hit close to home since we live in earthquake country.  You can never predict mother nature.

    An 8.9 hitting anywhere near downtown would totally destroy us. I mean AT LEAST it was offshore and didn't hit right in the middle of Tokyo, I guess.

    Definitely in my prayers as well. That is why we all need to treat each other better...we never know when its our turn. I hop Japan recovers soon and no other tsunami's happen anywhere else.

    You're right, Msmery!  That's why I can't imagine it.  I wasn't out here yet for the Northridge one so I don't even know what that one was like.

     I used to say I would never live in CA cuz its gonna drop off into the ocean... well obviously I didn't listen to myself.  But that strong of an earthquake would indeed devastate us.  Let's pray it never happens!

    I'm not worried. The flight from lax to honolulu flew out this morning so if anything was going to happen at the airports it already did.  My family flies out tomorrow and their flights from San Fran are still scheduled.  Also, the airport in Maui faces north, not west toward Japan.
