Alterations?

Hi All!

I purchased my dress from Alfred Angelo outside of Baltimore and have decided I would like to get my bustle etc done without having to drive 65 miles one way! Who has good recommendations on where to get bridal gown alterations in New Castle County? Thanks in advance!

it's not new castle...it's in dover but she's great & she's cheap compared to other people....

Alterations by Sophia in Independence Mall on 202 is highly recommended.

Elaine Morgan in Newark is another one that's decent (you just need to stay on top of her and make sure she does the alterations she said and you want).

NP; if you want a review, page sparrow315, she just got married and used Sophia (and loved her!). Hope that helps, and good luck!

Thanks for the tip! I usually post on the Philly board cause my wedding is there but I live here! I'm actually a MOD for one of the boards too - lol! But I realized I should use my local resources here too! So here I am!

Sophia is fabulous. I have used her for all of my bridemaids dresses (for weddings I was in) and intend to use her for my own gown alterations. She does great work, is reasonably priced, and doesn't sugarcoat anything.
