After a lot of back and forth, we've pretty much settled on a honeymoon destination! The problem is that we're getting married in August and have zero flexibility in terms of taking a delayed honeymoon. We wanted to avoid the August 'shut down' in some parts of Europe.
So, we've decided to bite the bullet, and do 1 week (ish) in Paris (even if some stuff is closed, some will be open, and we will make it work), then a train to Bavaria, spend 5-6 days there in a small town, with a rental car, then a train to Munich for a couple of days, and fly home.
We're pretty excited!
