Hi ladies, happy friday!!
Any recommendations for hair and makeup for my Olowalu wedding next feb? My WC has recommended a bunch of people like Dan & Jessica, Regina, Karine,Deejay and Andrea.
Any advice would be much appreciated!! Thanks so much, Lees

Ps My WC said Jessica does airbrush makeup. Is it worth paying the extra money for this? I've never had airbrushing done, what do you girls think? Thanks!!;)

Dan & Jess are rockstars -- expensive but amazing.  I'm not familiar with the others.  We had a few hiccups with Dan, but I hope our experience has helped him to iron out some kinks in the process.  Jess is a total doll.

Airbrush is 100% worth it -- super natural, ultra-staying power, and feels light on the skin.  The important thing is that it wears really, really well so when you get sticky from the heat and humid Hawaii weather, it doesn't show.  Regardless of who you go with, I vote for airbrush!

I agree 100% with Tanq, I used Dan and Jessica and loved them.  The airbrush makeup is amazing and completely worth it!

    Hi Sunshine!

I did my trial with Dan and Jess and everything went well. She did airbrush on me and it was amazing. Lasted all day and night! I think Dan has modified his wedding day arrangements to minimize being late, etc. As with any vendor I would just make sure you are not timing your day based on everyone being on-time/early. Build in a little bit of flex time and make sure they understand your schedule for the day. That should help just in case. Hope that helps!!!

Dan was at our venue before we were to get ready - I have no complaints about anyone's timeliness.

I know Tanq had an issue with him earlier this year. I have no complaints either as he was on time for my trial. Just a word of advice to always have built in OMG time when it comes to vendors. Travel, fires, accidents can all cause delays :)
