Venue Suggestions

We are looking for a rustic ceremony and reception venue in the Baton Rouge area. We would like to be as close to BR as possible but are willing to travel a little, probably no more than an hour away. Does anyone have any sugestions?

You might want to look into The Cabin Resturant in Burnside, LA. I went to a wedding there a few years ago. It was really nice and had a with a rustic feel.

The Myrtles Plantation in St. Francisville is about 30 minutes from BR and is really gorgeous with really great food.

I don't know why the Myrtles never crossed my mind. Maybe we would have a ghost or two join the celebration!!
