I love seed bombs as a wedding favor idea - these are from Etsy shop Cedar Wood Rustics - and wanted to share a link to a giveway for a set of 100 in your choice of colors:

"What an eyesore," you think to yourself, "that lot would look better if it had some flowers instead of dirt, and broken concrete."
You take out your handy dandy seed bomb, (a small wrapped package of seeds, fertilizer, clay, etc) and chuck it over the fence into the lot. The mixture ideally will help the flowers grow and that vacant lot now has some flowers growing in it.
That's the basic idea of them although I'm sure people don't wander around the city throwing them everywhere.
