NWR: I Got A Job in Raleigh!!

So I'm finally going to be a true NC bride!!!!  Instead of just getting to get married back home in NC, we'll be living there too! 

I flew into Raleigh for a job interview with a local in vitro fertilization clinic (I work in the laboratory part of it, absolutely love my job) on Monday evening and interviewed Tuesday morning.  I now have a job offer in hand and am ready to figure out when we can move!  The FI & I are very excited and looking forward to everything that is to come.  I have to give 3 months notice at my current job, but they are talking about letting me leave at the end of the year.  So we'll see!  Our next major hurdle is to find somewhere to live in Raleigh.

So, very exciting!  Not the best time to move with a wedding in 5.5 months, but we are so eager to get home!

    Welcome home!!! 

    If you want to buy, a friend is a realtor in the area -- Tom Shaffer.  He works with Fonville Morissey.  If you are looking to rent, depending on which side of Raleigh you're on... there is a beautiful set of apartments off Us-70 near durham called Brightleaf or something like that.  REALLY nice neighborhood, and not smack in the middle of the city.  

    My brother and his wife live in Apex, her parents live in Raleigh, and her brother's family lives in Garner and my FI and are I hoping to move close to Wake Forest once we get married.  :-) 
    July 16, Our Wedding Day, is also International Juggling Day!

    Congratulations!  Guess we'll both be out of Austin before our weddings!  Great news for you both, glad you get to move back home :)

    Thanks ladies :)  I may be asking for advice on living arrangements.  We are likely going to rent for the first year or so to get our feet on the ground and all I know apartment-wise is the ones near the NCSU-campus and I am not really wanting to go live in that area again!
