Re: amh

  • Thanks for asking Hike! Its going, I can't smile while showing my teeth of raise my eye brow on my left side. I finished up my medications Saturday so hopefully I am completely better soon. It hasn't really improved much, but I can close my left eye a little bit harder than before, so that's improvement I guess.

  • amh, did they tell you to follow up with a doctor at some point after you finished your medicine? I hope you get more improvement soon, I know it must be frustrating for you!

  • I'm really sorry you're going through this!  It must be incredibly frustrating.  I'm glad you're seeing some improvement, and hopefully it gets better soon.  At least you have two months until your wedding still!!!

  • yeah, I have to follow up when I get back. Hopefully it heals up soon, I have no clue what I would do if it were like this for the wedding!

  • Hang in there.  Prayers are coming your way!
  • Thanks ladies. It really helps!

I've been trying to take this as a reminder that I can't control everything, and to really stop stressing out so much. I'm sure stress had a lot to do with it. I just hope it leaves sooner than later.

I hear ya!  I wish you had gotten shingles instead of bells palsey, though.  My 'you've been too stressed' wake up call came and went in about two weeks.  I'm sure it'll get better soon!  Have you been riding?  Apparently being around animals can really help with things like that (especially if it's related to stress at all).  Play with your puppy and give him extra cuddles?

  • I went riding last week, I won't be back in FL until the 27th and I'll probably go ride on the 28th. I'll definitely give puppy dog some extra cuddles. I just hope this trip to my parents house doesn't worsen it - my mother stresses the beejeez out of me. But FI did say, whenever I want to go - if I want to leave early - we can. So, its nice knowing I have that option.
I think I would take shingles instead of this. Honestly.
