Culinary School Catering?

Has anyone hired a local culinary school to cater their wedding? I'm curious to know if schools will even do this.

    The school in my area does this and they also make wedding cakes. The prices seem great, but I haven't personally worked with them. If your school does catering, I'm sure you can set up a tasting with them so you can see the quality of their work.

    I would also ask for a list of five randon former clients that you can call.  I would risk a student photog/florist/musician but don't know that I'd risk the food.
