Money is tight right now for us, we've cut back a lot on the wedding. I have the option of keeping my current menu with the caterer which I love, or choosing another meat selection and saving approximately 500 dollars. FI told me to decide and i just cant decide whether it's worth 500 bucks to compromise on the menu we have created. Should I simply cut it and be done with it, or is 500 dollars not worth it in the big picture?
EDIT: It's going from a soy-ginger tri-tip to some sort of chicken... i have a pasta dish for vegetarians and the other dish is a balsamic pork tenderloin, i just feel that a chicken dish and a pork dish would be too similar
