Where are you finding paper stock?

I was at Michaels yesterday trying to use my 25% off coupon to get inspired with some paper and found nothing... zero... zilch in the way of anything that got me excited. Where are you ladies having success?

Re: Where are you finding paper stock?

  • I ordered some samples from cards and pockets but there is a card stock store we have here called Paper Source (they also have an online store too) that I really want to go too. I am in no rush to start our invites yet but I am sure around October or November I will start to tackle that.

  • What type of paper are you looking for? I bought cardstock at Staples for dirt cheap, $13.99 for 250 pages of cardstock. And they had a pretty big selection too.

  • I've been using the scrapbooking paper at Michaels, not the cardstock

  • I used the plain cardstock for ours, then printed on it. It worked fine. Also, if you have a hobby lobby in your area, pull up their website (or iphone app) and Michaels will accept their coupon as a competitor coupon (It's 40% off one item, instead of the normal 25% off for michaels). Won't work if you buy by-the-sheet scrapping paper, but if you buy a pack, it's a good deal :) I used that on my table runners from michaels.

This.! Office Depot has some too, but Staples had the exact color red I wanted.

  • I second Paper Source, like GatorGal said. I don't have a store nearby, but their website is a really decent alternative. If you do have one near you, I'd recommend going. I went once on a trip, and it was like the IKEA of paper. They had to ask me to leave the store because they were closing for the night.

  • OMG I sooooo wish there was a Paper Source here!

Im looking for decorative paper to add as accents. Regular stock for actual printing I can find, no problem. Im just not happy with the limited patterns and stuff im looking for.

I was looking at Paper Mojo which I've ordered from before. I was just hoping to find something local. I am going to spend the rest of my day drooling over the Paper Source site.
