what do you do if not all of your guest are staying at the place where all the festivities will be? they will be at other hotels in the area. just hand them out at the welcome party or just not do any? I dont want to leave anyone out.

I plan to deliver them to the guest hotels when we get into town. The majority of our guests are staying at on of 2 hotels and then there are a few others that have either rented houses or will be at other hotels. I am keeping a list of where people are staying and when they check in. Unfortunately I think that we may need to pay a a small fee to leave it at the hotel check in. But I don't want them to have to worry about carrying them around if they do not go back to their hotel after the welcome dinner.

My WC is doing this...otherwise I would be screwed haha. Everyone is coming at different times and some are coming the same time we are. And I wanted it to be in their rooms before they got there.
