FMIL finally gave me the list of addresses for FI's family! so STDs are ready to go out in the mail tomorrow! *YAY* so glad to have another check!

Although, once I finished I thought of something... did you guys put "and guest" on your STDs? I  didn't because they were just sent out informal "Julie and Rob Smith" as opposed to "Mr. & Mrs. Smith"... I figured I would add "and guest" to the invites, I'm just concerned that people are going to assume they aren't allowed a guest when that is NOT the case =/

    I sent mine out today!  And no "and guests" - I did include "and family" since my FBIL's fam are all going to be invited to the wedding anyway.

    It's okay not to put and guest on the STD and then put it on the invitation. Congrats on the check...I can't wait for that one! Hopefully in the next two weeks I can get mine done!

    No the STD's are informal reminders so just names were fine.

    For my friends and +1 I just put their individual name without the +1.

    For entire families we put "The Longos" or "The Marshalls"

    Our website states that kids are welcome - which they are - but lots of alcohol will be served at the reception so it's a fair warning to parents. I'm sure there will be a few parents who will be glad to leave the kids at home for a party, but Mr. and Mrs. clearly dictates no kids.
